  Pat and his team are consummate professionals. They laid a beautiful new patio which leads from the kitchen extension into the garden with sweeping steps and in addition he created a crushed stone perimeter path around a curved lawn lawn (still to be relaid). His attention to detail and finish is second to none. He does "what he says on the box" turns up on time, is neat tidy and fast and we had no surprises in terms of budget. Highly recommend and will shortly be talking to him again about doing the front garden.

  Pat and his team did an absolutely amazing job on my driveway last summer. So much so in fact that I didn't think twice when I needed someone to work on the patio a few months later. There's always an uncertainty when hiring people to make such big changes to your house but the lads were so professional in terms of quality of labour, courteousness and punctuality. Pat has an excellent 'can do' attitude and he puts an emphasis on trying to help you achieve exactly what you want. The whole process for both jobs was totally seamless and there was literally zero hassle or upheaval. I've sung the praises of A1 Paving to all of my friends and family and I'd have no hesitation in recommending them to everyone.

  It’s always difficult to know which tradesman to pick for work on your home but some years back we picked Pat Redmond of A1Paving following several recommendations and the quality of his work we had been shown.
  
  Initially we had the entire front of the house landscaped and we were overjoyed with the design, quality and finish of the work and noticed many people in the years since admiring the garden as they walked past in the evening time.
  
  We asked Pat to undertake a major landscaping job in our back garden as a result which he completed on time and budget to include some additional jobs added during the work. The finished article has extended our house into the garden and visa-versa and we are absolutely thrilled with the garden and patio area’s which has seen more use each summer than it had in all the previous years together.
  
  Many guests have commented that it’s something you might expect to see in Marbella when the sun shines and it has unquestionable added value to our home far in excess on the cost of the work making it excellent value for money.
  
  Another consideration for us in selecting Pat and his team was their longevity in business with many landscapes businesses having come and gone even in the interim that we’ve no hesitation in recommending A1paving to anyone on the basis of value for money, attention to detail, the quality of work & design/advice and the many benefits of outdoor living, weather permitting, that Pat’s team delivered to us making the work undertaken a smart lifestyle choice and excellent investment.

  Our driveway cobblelock and paving slabs had sunk in places and needed to be re-laid. Pat Redmond proposed a solution which included partially replacing the hardcore and sand underneath, an improved surface water drainage pipe, and a new granite slab outside both the front and back doors. . He also re-laid and sealed paving slabs at the rear of the house. We are very pleased with the result. Pat arrived on time with his crew. He did exactly what he proposed, completed the work on time, and went about his work courteously and efficiently. He was recommended to us by two neighbours for whom he had done work. I have no hesitation in recommending Pat and A1 Paving.
