  There for a group occasion. Lovely room with balcony, much appreciated on a hot day. Excellent cocktails to start, set menu for dinner, which was very good. Very nice food, served efficiently by very pleasant staff. Everything went well and would encourage me to go back and try the restaurant sometime soon. Lovely evening.

  lovely friendly helpful staff. carvery food is lovely. the bar food is nice but quite restrictive and overpriced. its a lovely relaxing atmosphere and comfortable. toilets are nice amd clean also.

  Absolutely horrible. Booked this place because of the supposedly convenient and prompt airport shuttle. 3 shuttles with the hotel name on it would not let us on, for no explained reason. This caused us to miss our flight. Front desk personnel were rude and would not pick up the phone when we called. No air conditioning and a broken window in the room. Stay somewhere else.

  Okay rooms, comfy bed, really nice shower. It's restaurant was just amazing, tasty food and caring staff; I remember I was feeling a little sick and cold and got a soup. I can still remember the taste of their amazing pumpkin soup

  Not my fist time here for food but yesterday 29/01/18 was not up there with my good moments.
  My wife & I had chicken wings for starters but found the meat too tough (like they were reheated for too long). The BBQ sauce was nice so took a little of the toughness out of them.
  My main course of Roast Beef was edible but losing its heat very quick. My wife had fish & chips, while the fish was nice the chips were crispy & over cooked.
  The service was impeccable & came with a smile so no complaints there.
  We will return because as I said the food is usually very good there.

  Stayed here for 2 nights. The room is nice comfortable but the extra soundproofing that is advertised on the homepage does not do its job. You can still hear the departing and arriving airplanes as they were just beside you.
  Also, tried to sleep during the day, but the housekeeping was so loud that I did not manage to get even 1 minute of sleep. Somebody next door must have dropped a safe or something else really heavy three times in a row and it was really disturbing.
  Breakfast is good, the eggs, bacon, sausages etc were really tasty. The selection of food is good, also the service during breakfast was fabulous.
  Another thing was that on the homepage it is advertised that rooms come with universal charger points and European power outlets. After looking hard, I finally managed to find the only European power outlet behind TV set. And yes, there are two USB charger points on the desk. So if you have more than a laptop and mobile phone with you, just in case, take an UK charger with you.
