  I absolutely love this business. The employees were very friendly and answered all my question. I was very pleased with my purchase. Can't wait to visit there again on my next trip to Ireland.

  It's a beautiful jewellery shop. There are many Claddagh ring designs from basic silver ones to ones with intricate designs with jewels. The cheapest ones start out at about €35 and then it goes up from there.

  I specifically wanted a piece of jewelry from this store because of it's reputation. Bought a pair of earrings last Thursday. They were boxed nicely however when I went to put them on for the first time on Saturday they broke. Of course I was already home in the USA so taking them back was not an option. I have e mailed the company along with a photograph without response and when I call during business hours no one answers. I am heart broken because I do not have the souvenir from my dream vacation as I hoped and I have essentially wasted my money. Beware of what you're buying and the customer service in the event you need it.

  Yes, the merchandise was elevated due to location. But the clerk, a young woman, was amazing, very friendly. Visited 20/07/18. Helped us with Vat tax information too, way outside her duties. So, for us, very much a good purchase and interaction. Thank you!

  Very bad quality, expensive for what you get.
  There is no refund policy. Unfriendly staff. You can buy much better quality in half price in any other jewellery shop in Dublin.
