  Worst service ever, parcel ordered on Friday morning, for Monday collection, after phone conversation that it will arrive before Christmas FOR SURE. Otherwise I would choose different company. Parcel not collected on Monday, after phone call courier was surprised he was supposed to collect anything.
  He arrived next evening (after 6pm), so another day lost waiting at home for his arrival.
  Two weeks later - no sign of courier, parcel is in Ireland already after a week but no change in status for the last 5 days and no contact with the company, while now they updated their page saying they are closed until 2nd Jan.
  Been two weeks already waiting for my parcel from Poland, I feel frustrated with such a terrible service. Will advise everybody to ban this company.

  WARNING!!Do not use it. Their services is horrible from the beginning until the end. They destroyed my luggages and they do not care. I have to buy new ones by myself. HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!
