- Tomasz Wozniak Added 23/10/2017★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆They sell substandard and inadequate cover, don't take any responsibility for their products, they hire professional claim handlers (refuseres) to deal with their own customers, there is not even a phone number you can call to talk about the issue you may have.
We bought a top tier travel insurance from AIG with all possible additions. On our way back from holidays British Airway cancelled our flight due to a worldwide IT issue. While BA eventually rearranged our flights it took us two extra days to get home and we incurred some additional expenses. We were refused a claim on the basis that our cover ONLY PROVIDES FOR MECHANICAL ISSUES not IT issues on the part of the airline... Yes, it's 2017...
I have a question to AIG: how dare you sell this rubbish to unsuspecting public?
As close to a fraud as you can get...
