  I cant recommend Caroll and mcauley enough ,i bought my punto off them and had a glitch with the battery after a few days it was a minor problem but Derek pulled out all the stops and even brought me a replacement car this kind of service is fantastic and in Caroll mc auley every customer is treated with respect .
  so if your buying a car all i can say is go straight to Derek and you wont go wrong .
  Thank you so much Derek and i will see you in two years when i come back to change my car.

  I called this place to get a price to rent a camper van. Derek told me that all the campers were rented out. However he said he had an old van he was trying to sell and offered to rent that to me. When i asked for a price he quoted me more than the price listed on their site for a peak season rental. When I pointed that out he dropped the price to the peak season rental price. I then asked what year the van was he dodged the question twice. I then tried to negotiate a better price seen as he was proposing an old van and not the type he normally rents. He got frustrated at this point and said that the price was non negotiable, take it or leave it. So while he was requesting more money than normal, and for an older van, he was not willing to offer a better price. I found him rude to deal with and I would not do buisness with a person like this.
