  The worst experience with estate agent I ever had by far. We went sale agreed on property, paid booking deposit etc. 2 weeks later Christina Wilson called to say seller pulled out and to answer my question why they pulling out she replied "..it is their property and they can do what they want.." Christina is very arrogant, avoids answering questions, calls etc. After sales was cancelled I was trying to get my deposit back but she never took my call again - I had to call the office and arrange refund that way. Please avoid at all cost as Christina will show you no respect and will try to rip you off telling you there is queue of people waiting for this property. In addition to that forget that ad is marked as sale agreed on the daft etc and you will be told this is their practice to keep ad live (read we might get higher bid after you go sale agreed) .

  I can’t recommend Peter and Shane enough. I was extremely impressed with their professionalism and work ethic. I felt in very safe hands throughout the whole process.

  David Scally at Castle Estate Agents made what could have been a stressful experience into a smooth operation.I was impressed by his experience, intuition and prifessionalism.David understands the market and has an innate ability to read people. He us very easy to deal with and works hard on your behalf.he keeps you informed every step of the way and his sense of humour is an added bonus.
