  To all Potential Customers of D10 Autos
  If you value Customer Service, If After Sales Service or Customer Satisfaction is a priority for you, you may want to reconsider doing business with D10Autos. I bought a car from them in November, which was a hassle free experience as it goes, but have had a very frustrating experience since. It has taken D10 Autos 5 months to arrange a log book for me. I was repeatedly told it would be out to be 'next week', but alas, the following week would arrive and no log book. I was concerned because I couldn't tax the car without it, and naturally I began to wonder if there a bigger problem that wasn't divulged to me? The salesman Mark, who in fairness had been very obliging and tried to have this issue resolved, eventually passed the issue over to Stephen the boss and owner.
  The owner Stephen refused to answer my calls on several occasions, often texting 'He was away' or 'At a meeting'. When he eventually got around to dealing with it in March (4 months later!), he said as compensation for the inconvenience he would have the issue resolved in a week (another week!) and pay for tax for the year, as a goodwill gesture. Finally the log book arrived two weeks ago and I'm back to square one with chasing him for the tax!! I cannot stress how frustrating it has been to try deal with Stephen. He has proved himself to be the stereotypical 'Car Salesman', untrustworthy, unreliable and dishonest!
  For such as minor issue to take so long to resolve, I dread to think of how a more serious issue might be dealt with. There has also been a problem with the car, which has to date been unresolved. So, potential customer, Yes D10 Autos has really nice cars, the staff (Mark, and the valet guy) are pleasant to deal with, but should you run into any problems after paying for your car, be warned that you are in for a long (unnecessary) frustrating encounter!
