There is also an onsite gym for all the pratical resistance training! Each week is different and you are constantly engaged with each class so much so that you look forward to the next lecture.. so impressed!

John, Noel, Rebekah, Keith, Fergal, Eamonn & Ronnie.. thanks for the patience during multiple questions been thrown at ye over the last few weeks.. You are all super teachers.. If you would like to become a PT or just develop your knowledge/ interest in fitness or nutrition come to Evolution Fitness! It's the best thing I've ever done.. I'm delighted I came here!! Ive made lifelong friends with my classmates absolute great bunch of people.. Cheers lads n ladies

I'm doing mine right now I'm 5 weeks in and I'm loving it.the tutors are really good and so helpful,you have a lot to learn from them
