  As a recent first time buyer, I can't speak highly enough of my experience with REA. Helena & Carol were extremely personable and responsive, and held my hand throughout the process - a lot of which was new to me. When asked, they also gave great recommendations of solicitors, surveyors etc.
  
  The viewings were all so easy to set up, and were frank, honest & candid conversations about the property, rather than a pushy sell which I was afraid of. As we progressed to bid and later stages, it only got easier and easier.. they just made the process so smooth. I never felt like just another customer, it was such hands on, friendly approach.
  
  I would 100% use REA again if I was buying or selling.

  If you are selling a house in the Dublin 7 area, there is only one estate agent to use: Fitzgerald Chambers. Helena and Carol provided a very helpful hands on service from first approach to final sale. It is clear to me that their efforts, contacts, knowledge and experience added significantly to my property reaching the market in as saleable manner as possible. The management of the viewings and subsequent bidding process was stress free for me due to their professional handling of it. I am glad I used Fitzgerald Chambers. I would use them again.
