  Great location, but my mother recently bought four packs of prunes from here which aren't supposed to expire until February 2019, only to open two of them and find them completely expired with mould. The staff are friendly, but need to become more assertive. There was one incident where a woman came in and went past everyone in the queue (this was a little before the self service checkouts) pretending she wanted to get past us in order to go to the store entrance, only to skip everyone and pay for a bottle of cider! The staff at the till did nothing to correct her. But they are otherwise good and working in lidl must be quite stressful. The place is a little dirty with receipts everywhere, but I am not expecting a lidl with loads of people walking in and out all day to be the standard for cleanliness.

  Well as usually, the experience of Dublin shops is nice, but if you wanna be finished in Lidl quicker or have a more pleasant and easy in and out, watch online (google) when the shop is not in its busiest hours. Enjoy!

  Cheap prices and good products. It is not really diverse but good to buy regular stuff.

  It's fine for what it is. If you go in with that in mind, you'll be fine. Stock is sometimes spotty (sometimes there are just no courgettes, for example) but largely it's good for the basics and has a nice selection of fresh bread. If you want basics at good prices, it's your place. Just prepare yourself to go elsewhere sometimes.

  Great location, that's why is always busy so people should be aware of rush hours and queues. Nothing to complain about. Great variety of goods, shelves always restocked, option of self-service is better than queuing at the regular tills. One small advice for the locals: if you expect to have meat for a real price value - shop here but if you are a connoisseur of stakes and red meat cooking - go to a local butcher. Nevertheless avoid other supermarket chains as they double, triple the prices and offer the same quality. The shop assistants receive the same salaries, the community receives support so there's no reason why you should throw money away.
