Made a Groupon voucher appointment for a pedicure A rude lady called me 4 hours before the appointment to say they needed to cancel with numerous reasons why! Same reasons as ZIata, The salon would not be open as they did not have power, there would be no one there and also they were not accepting Groupon vouchers. I asked if i wanted to keep my appointment could i pay cash @ the Groupon amount and of course I could! Very poor customer experience and have no intention of returning or double paying .I would ever recommend it.. The salon told me to seek refund from Groupon. Groupon advised I would be 3-10 days waiting for a reply.
