I am some times in there at short notice and some times late but I always get the very best service and leave having had exactly what I asked for. Well done to all the team.

The stylist complained to a collegue about having to cut my curly hair-within earshot, complained all the time that I was there. Charged me for a "colourpop" that was either non existent or the exact shade of my natural hair. She commented on my weight, and left me at the sink for half an hour with not a word to me. And was told I couldn't have the treatment that I had booked. Needless to say I will never go back there.
