  The 2 sales guys are like dumb and dumber with Alan being the dumber one, he said he only had one 1.0 Focus yet I found 2 more. He was surprised, asked him the mileage and he said it was a Titanium??? Had to ask again and he tried to check it with no key, before waddling in to get the key. Then he started it up while while I sat in it and he waddled back inside with the key. He came out moments later to say it was the Titanium again. Very weird almost like a comedy act!

  Awful service. Not sure the car was serviced at all. I had asked for a bulb to be changed at 8.30am, it hadn't been done by the time I collected the car at 5.30pm. I didn't receive any call all day on the 'amber' issues that came up in diagnostics as normally happen with other service providers. Car wasn't valeted either when collected. Will go back to Ford Sandyford next time.
