  An OK experience of the 1 hr laser treatment at a reasonable price. Dental nurse (I think - she didn't introduce herself by name or title as I remember) was efficient, though rather unsmiling and even stern as she took my initial details. It also would have been good to have had the procedure, timings, anticipated results and so on properly explained at the outset - not sure why this didn't happen.
  
  Very thorough on the post treatment 48 hour 'white diet' instructions 3/4 of the way through as I lay in the chair (this would surely have been better leaving completely to the end), and quite pushy of the 60 Euros top-up home treatment at the same time (which I declined). So, overall, it was what it was, which was OK - just not as welcoming, well-scaffolded and/or informative as it might have been in certain respects.
  
  PS They did advise that, if you return for a re-treatment, is is 10 Euros cheaper each time, i.e. 89/79/69 Euorss etc., which, if accurate, you would think ought to be promoted on the website as it seems like a pretty good deal.
