The bad: I went in to get my wedding photos printed. They were professional photos, of very high resolution and quality. When they came out of the printing machines in the shop, they looked really dark and almost grainy. Some were cut off at the edges and some had a thin white border when we had selected 'no border'. Basically we were very unhappy with them and when I went back in they told me it was 'just how the machine was' and nothing could be done. I ended up getting a refund.
